Store Disconnected

If your Shopify store shows as disconnected, you need to reconnect it. Common causes: - You uninstalled ProdUp from Shopify - Shopify revoked the access token - The token expired or was invalidated To fix: 1. Try to publish a page for that store again 2. ProdUp will detect the disconnection and prompt you to reconnect 3. You'll be redirected to Shopify to re-authorize 4. Click Install to restore the connection To prevent disconnections: - Don't uninstall ProdUp from your Shopify admin - If you need to reset, reconnect from ProdUp rather than reinstalling After reconnecting, your existing products and pages remain intact.

Import Problems

Common issues when importing products and how to fix them. "Platform not supported": - The URL format isn't recognized - Make sure you're using a direct product page URL - Supported: Shopify, AliExpress, Amazon, CJ Dropshipping "Already imported": - This product was previously imported - Find it in your Products list Import fails or times out: - The source site may be blocking automated access - Some pages require login or show CAPTCHAs - Try the Chrome extension instead — it captures the page HTML directly Rate limit: - Maximum 10 imports per minute - Wait a moment and try again If problems persist, try copying the product URL from a fresh browser tab.

Free Plan Limitations

The free plan lets you explore ProdUp but has restrictions. What you can't do on Free: - Import more than 1 product - Use AI features (text rewrite, image generation, etc.) - Publish pages to Shopify What you can do on Free: - Import 1 product - Use the page editor to customize sections - Preview your page To unlock everything: - Click your profile icon (bottom left) → Billing - Choose Starter or Pro - AI features, publishing, and more products are available immediately after upgrading

Insufficient Credits

You'll see an "Insufficient credits" error when you don't have enough credits for an AI operation. Credit costs: - Text rewrite: 10 credits - Image generation (Flash): 20 credits - Image generation (Pro): 120 credits - Background removal: 5 credits - Image upscaling: 15 credits To check your balance: - Look at the credits counter next to your profile at the bottom left of the sidebar - Or click your profile icon → Billing for details To get more credits: - Credits refresh monthly on your billing date - Upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits - Starter: 1,500 credits/month - Pro: 5,000 credits/month Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.

Login Issues

Trouble signing in? Here are common fixes. Magic link not received: - Check your spam/junk folder - Make sure you entered the correct email - Wait a minute — delivery can be delayed - Request a new link if it doesn't arrive Magic link expired: - Links expire after a few minutes - Request a new one from the login page "Link already used": - Each magic link works only once - Request a new link to sign in again Google sign-in not working: - Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked - Try a different browser - Clear cookies and try again Session expired: - You'll be asked to sign in again after inactivity - This is normal — request a new magic link

Publishing Errors

Common issues when publishing pages to Shopify. Theme push failed: - Your store may be disconnected — check the Home page to see your store status - Reconnect your store and try again Variant limit exceeded: - Shopify allows max 2,048 variants per product - Reduce variant combinations before publishing Handle collision: - A product with the same URL handle exists on Shopify - ProdUp will update the existing product instead of creating a duplicate Stuck on "publishing": - Refresh the page and check if publishing completed - If it's still stuck, try publishing again Images failing to upload: - Large images may time out during CDN upload - Try reducing image file sizes - Re-publish to retry failed uploads If publishing keeps failing, disconnect and reconnect your store, then try again.
