If your Shopify store shows as disconnected, you need to reconnect it.
Common causes:
- You uninstalled ProdUp from Shopify
- Shopify revoked the access token
- The token expired or was invalidated
To fix:
- Try to publish a page for that store again
- ProdUp will detect the disconnection and prompt you to reconnect
- You'll be redirected to Shopify to re-authorize
- Click Install to restore the connection
To prevent disconnections:
- Don't uninstall ProdUp from your Shopify admin
- If you need to reset, reconnect from ProdUp rather than reinstalling
After reconnecting, your existing products and pages remain intact.
