Store Disconnected

If your Shopify store shows as disconnected, you need to reconnect it.

Common causes:

  • You uninstalled ProdUp from Shopify
  • Shopify revoked the access token
  • The token expired or was invalidated

To fix:

  1. Try to publish a page for that store again
  2. ProdUp will detect the disconnection and prompt you to reconnect
  3. You'll be redirected to Shopify to re-authorize
  4. Click Install to restore the connection

To prevent disconnections:

  • Don't uninstall ProdUp from your Shopify admin
  • If you need to reset, reconnect from ProdUp rather than reinstalling

After reconnecting, your existing products and pages remain intact.
