Common issues when publishing pages to Shopify.
Theme push failed:
- Your store may be disconnected — check the Home page to see your store status
- Reconnect your store and try again
Variant limit exceeded:
- Shopify allows max 2,048 variants per product
- Reduce variant combinations before publishing
Handle collision:
- A product with the same URL handle exists on Shopify
- ProdUp will update the existing product instead of creating a duplicate
Stuck on "publishing":
- Refresh the page and check if publishing completed
- If it's still stuck, try publishing again
Images failing to upload:
- Large images may time out during CDN upload
- Try reducing image file sizes
- Re-publish to retry failed uploads
If publishing keeps failing, disconnect and reconnect your store, then try again.
