Common issues when importing products and how to fix them.
"Platform not supported":
- The URL format isn't recognized
- Make sure you're using a direct product page URL
- Supported: Shopify, AliExpress, Amazon, CJ Dropshipping
"Already imported":
- This product was previously imported
- Find it in your Products list
Import fails or times out:
- The source site may be blocking automated access
- Some pages require login or show CAPTCHAs
- Try the Chrome extension instead — it captures the page HTML directly
Rate limit:
- Maximum 10 imports per minute
- Wait a moment and try again
If problems persist, try copying the product URL from a fresh browser tab.
