Trouble signing in? Here are common fixes.
Magic link not received:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email
- Wait a minute — delivery can be delayed
- Request a new link if it doesn't arrive
Magic link expired:
- Links expire after a few minutes
- Request a new one from the login page
"Link already used":
- Each magic link works only once
- Request a new link to sign in again
Google sign-in not working:
- Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked
- Try a different browser
- Clear cookies and try again
Session expired:
- You'll be asked to sign in again after inactivity
- This is normal — request a new magic link
