Importing Products

ProdUp imports products from multiple platforms by URL. Supported sources: - Shopify — any public Shopify product page - AliExpress — product listing pages - Amazon — product detail pages - CJ Dropshipping — product pages What gets imported: - Product title and description - All images - Variants (size, color, etc.) - Pricing information To import: click the Import button at the bottom of the sidebar → paste the URL → click Import. Import progress shows each step: detecting platform, fetching data, saving product. View past imports in the Import History tab. Rate limit: 10 imports per minute.

Using the Chrome Extension

The ProdUp Chrome extension lets you import products with richer data using HTML capture. To install: 1. Visit the Chrome Web Store 2. Search for "ProdUp" 3. Click Add to Chrome To use: 1. Navigate to a product page (AliExpress, Amazon, etc.) 2. Click the ProdUp extension icon 3. Click Import This Product The extension captures the full page HTML, which can extract more detail than a URL-only import. Use the extension when URL import misses data or hits a login wall.

Editing Product Details

Edit any product by clicking on it in the sidebar under your store. What you can edit: - Title — click to edit inline - Description — rich text editor - Variants — add, edit, or remove size/color options - Pricing — set price and compare-at price - Tags — add tags for organization To delete a product: 1. Open the product 2. Click the Delete button 3. Choose whether to also remove it from Shopify Changes are saved automatically. If the product is already published, re-publish to update your Shopify store.

Managing Product Images

Manage your product images from the product detail page. You can: - Reorder images — drag and drop to change order - Delete images — click the X on any image - Set main image — the first image becomes the main/featured image Image requirements: - Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP - Images are optimized automatically on upload The main image (first in the list) is used as the product thumbnail and hero image on your landing page.

Pushing Products to Shopify

Push your products to your connected Shopify store's catalog. How it works: 1. Open a product 2. Click Push to Shopify (or publish your page, which pushes the product automatically) 3. ProdUp creates the product in your Shopify catalog with all details and images What gets pushed: - Title, description, and images - Variants and pricing - Product tags If a product with the same handle already exists, ProdUp updates it. Shopify supports up to 2,048 variants per product. After editing a product in ProdUp, re-push to sync changes to Shopify.
